FAQ

  • Will I be able to make my own edits?
Whether it is a fully custom website, or a website done in Wix or Wordpress and you want to make basic edits yourself we can show you how. If you rather contact us and we do it we can do that as well.
  • Have you worked on a project like mine?
Our clients have different requirement and goals in mind. Every client is different and even though we may not have worked on a project exactly like yours we have the skills and technology to give you a custom product.
  • What's your research process like?
The most important step is to get to know you and your company. Once we understand what you do and what the main goal is and we will gather any existing documentation and assets you already have, then come up with a plan, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • What services are provided?
We offer services to help you build your brand from scratch, and refining your business model. If you have some existing content we can work with that too. See "What We Do" section for more details.
  • What is your expectation of my involvement?
We expect that you will be engaged and prepare for each milestone. Feedback is critical specially while wireframing. Having accurate wireframes makes the design and review process much easier. So please make as many markups as needed during the design process.
  • What are your rates?
Each client is very different and there are different needs so please contact us and we will happily talk to you and provide to you a formal estimate.
  • Do you outsource projects or complete them in house?
ALL of our projects are completed in house. This soooo important to us. We don't outsource anything, we have had many clients that have already spend thousands of dollars to get the job done "cheaper" at the end it ends up costing way more.
  • Do you charge by milestone or hourly?
We only charge by milestone. This is a happy medium that is a little bit more flexible with the scope of the project but everyone is aware of the timeline and the budget.
  • Can you make my web app responsive?
Yes absolutely, We can fully customize your design and code to make the site responsive, (meaning look good in all devices).
  • How many pages does my website need?
You can have a website with 5 sections and have them all in one page. Or you can have multiple pages, it depends on your audience and your content. We will advice you on what we think based on successful websites.
  • What do I need to provide for a design?
The most important thing is to gather all the current information that you have. If it is an existing website or an existing logo or even the colors that you must have. Any information to start knowing and building a persona of who is going to be looking at the site and who you are as a company is important. In conclusion...everything!
  • Do I need a content management system?
Maybe, you might need one or think you need one and you don't it really depends on your goals and how much control, loading speed you want/need from your site.
  • How long will my project take from start to finish?
We will ask you what is your deadline for your project and we will let you know what can and cannot be built with that deadline in mind. We can also deliver something that can be realized within your timeline as we continue towards the final deliverable so you can start sending people to your site and mobile app as early as possible.
  • Do you build custom sites or use templates?
Both, it depends on your needs. We can build a site from the ground up, this is more time consuming but you will be able to do anything you want with your site. You want to use a template that is light and still give you this same flexibility we can do that too. You want to use a drag and drop template that is possible as well but keep in might that adjusting items and adding customization to a template that has drag and drop abilities is going to cost more and be more time consuming in the long run. So... it depends.
